Students consider the fundamentals of matter and energy, along with the application of energy, force, and motion in physics. In this integrated science course, students advance in understanding the changing earth as they survey physical processes, such as erosion, plate tectonics, and weather. Learners further explore the relationship between the earth, sun, and moon, as well as the components and laws of outer space and the universe. Students learn how organisms in both land and aquatic ecosystems live, compete with each other, and survive changes.
